Options
Traveler's Check,
Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check, Money Order, Cash.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is after 2:00 PM by
calling 775-741-9747. Check out is by 12:00 the day of
departure.
Cleaning
There is an $35 cleaning
fee except there is no cleaning fee for monthly renters.
Deposits
A $300 refundable deposit is due at the
time of booking. The balance of the rent is due in advance two
weeks prior to arrival.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 4.
Cancellations and Refunds
There is a $50 fee if cancellation is made more than 14 days
prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 14 days are
subject to the full rent. We will make an effort to re-rent the
property. The refund will be based on the success of those efforts.
