	Vacation Rental Policies

	The following is a brief outline of policies that pertain to renting and usage of our listed vacation rentals properties. Just click Back to return to the main Vacation Rental page.


	Payment We accept only cash, money order, cashiers check, travelers check, or personal checks for payment. We can not accept credit cards per State law, as we deal with "Client Trust Accounts". Damage and Cleaning Deposit A non refundable cleaning fee of $35 is charged irrespective of the length of stay. This covers laundry, linens, sanitizing the bathroom, & kitchen cleaning. We only ask before you leave that you sweep and generally wipe down all surfaces. We require a credit card to hold all reservations and to ensure against property damage. Check-In Time Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm at Elson Shield's office in Florence. Special arrangements can be made for later check-in between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm with prepayment in full. Check-Out Time Check out is by 12:00 pm the day of departure. Pets Pets are may or may not be allowed subject to approval by the property owner and by Elson Shields Property Management. If pets are allowed, a non refundable pet fee $50 is required. The only exception is that multiple animals and dogs such as Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not allowed! Smoking Sorry, but we ask you not to smoke in any of our houses. Thanks!
