	*Property Description* The Miller house is a 2 bed, 1 bath home in the trees above beautiful Siltcoos Lake. Located just south of Florence, Siltcoos Lake is known for its great fishing and beautiful surrounding mature forest. The lake is within easy walking distance, and the house comes fully equipped with 2 double beds and a twin bed. Other features include a BBQ, stove, refrigerator, microwave, phone with local calling, TV., VCR, and all the amenities. Linens and dishes and pots and pans are provided. There is a great deck with a peek of the lake with an outdoor barbeque. The house is surrounded by forest and is secluded and quiet. Rental rates are as follows: Nightly rates are $65.00 per night Weekly rates are $325.00 both summer and winter. Winter monthly rates are $725.00.
