	What We Manage Elson Shields Property Management manages approximately 100 residential rental properties in Florence and the surrounding area. We have a variety of properties to meet different needs, from "close to shopping" to "out of town"! We manage properties located in the city limits of Florence, including single family dwellings, condominiums, and duplexes.	Entrance to Old Town Florence!

	We also manage specialty properties located in Florence or in the area that include homes by the ocean, river homes, or homes on one of the many beautiful lakes in the area. For example, one of the properties we manage is located on Mercer Lake about 15 miles south of Florence. Also, we have one property that is a single family home located on a scenic wooded acre!

	Rental Availability Depending on the time of the year, we may be taking rental applications on from 2 to 3 vacant rental properties. For long term requests, we can sometimes determine when properties may become available and take reservations accordingly.
