	*Property Description* The beautiful English Rose house is a two bedroom, with a cottage, Bed & Breakfast that is available year around. The Chaucer Room has a ocean/river/bridge view. The Heritage Room has a garden/mountain view. Each room has it's own fireplace (Gas) and bathroom with shower. The rates include use of the living room until 10:00 p.m. and a full continental breakfast. The facility can be reserved for weddings, business retreat/trainings sessions, holidays, etc The Heritage Room - $100.00/per night with a 2-night minimum. The Chaucer Room - $115.00/per night with a 2-night minimum. The Rose Cottage - $135.00/per night with a 2-night minimum. Includes a full Continental breakfast!
