Separate RV Spot
Full hook-ups are available for a separate RV up to 24
feet long, so invite a friend with an RV. Please note that
access to the spot will require backing the RV about 150 feet! An
additional $12 per night or $60 per week will be charged for
use of the RV spot.
Occupancy
Occupancy is limited to a couple or a family of
no more than four (4) unless a separate RV is included.
Appointments
The house is fully furnished and appointed with all
bedding, bath, and kitchen necessities provided.

Order, Cash.
Check-In Time
Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm at Elson
Shield's office in Florence. Special arrangements can be made for
later check-in between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
Check-Out Time
Check out is by 12:00 pm the day of departure.
Damage and Cleaning Deposit
A non refundable
cleaning fee of $40 is charged irrespective of the
length of stay. This covers laundry, linens, sanitizing the
bathroom, & kitchen cleaning. We only ask before you leave that
you sweep and generally wipe down all surfaces. We require a credit card to
hold all reservations and to ensure against property damage.
Pets
Pets are allowed subject to approval by Elson Shields, the
management company in charge of reservations. A non refundable
pet fee of $50 is required. The only exception is that
multiple animals and dogs such as Rottweilers and Pit Bulls
are not allowed.
Cancellations
Cancellations within two (2) weeks of the booking date are
subject to a cancellation fee of
$100 or the amount equal to a one (1) night stay, whichever is
more.
Phone
A phone is not provided
but can be installed for long stays.
Smoking
Sorry, but we ask you not to smoke in the house. Thanks!
